Thank you for your interest in being a sponsor for the inaugural Evolving Faith Conference, October 26-27, 2018. As you may know, the conference sold out in the first three weeks of being on sale. Needless to say, there is a lot of excitement and high anticipation leading up to this event!
We are honored that you are interested in sponsorship with us. Below, you will find the following documents to help you make your decision about becoming a sponsor:
1. Sponsorship Levels - This will show you the levels and benefits of each sponsorship package.
2. Booth Map - Exhibit Booths will be located in the lobby of Anderson Auditorium. 1300 registrants will walk past your booth before and after each general session. Booths will be assigned based on sponsorship level, and on a first-come-first-served basis. The chart indicates locations for each sponsorship level.
3. Application Form - Upon receipt and approval of your application, Evolving Faith will invoice you for the full amount of the sponsorship. Full payment is due within 30 days of invoice - and will determine your booth placement.
